General
The Fender Passport Venue is the most powerful model in the popular Passport series. In spite of its 500 watts of power, this compact all-in-one sound system is still remarkably light of weight thanks to its efficient class-D amplifier that eliminates the need for massive heat sinks. What's more, the speakers and mixer can be assembled to form one compact travel case for safe and easy transport.
Passport Venue: Subwoofer Output
The Fender Passport Venue is equipped with a speaker output. For the Passport series, Fender specially designed the PS-512 subwoofer but this system will also work with a subwoofer of a different brand. Once connected to the Passport Venue, the mixer will engage its built-in cross-over function. The subwoofer's range goes up to 120 Hz, all of the higher frequencies are handled by the sound set itself.
Connectors
The Passport Venue isn't just the most powerful, it is also equipped with the most connectors. It allows for six mono sources (4x microphone and 2x instrument) as well as two stereo sources. Additionally, the Fender Passport Venue features a USB port for the built-in MP3 player and a nice reverb. You can adjust the volume, timbre and amount of reverb per channel.
