Wrote the following about Fenton SPB-26 Active Full-Range Speakers
My order from Bax Music was easy to do online, delivery was fast and the speaker amp is good value. Contact from Bax was great with emails letting me know what was happening. It didn't take long to set up the active speaker and connect the similar looking slave speaker. I connected a CD player to the phono/RCA sockets on the back of the amp and the controls are easy to work out without a manual (which is included). There are separate controls for the volume, bass and treble, which are essential to adjust the sound for the room or outdoor venue. As well as the aux in and microphone in sockets, a USB stick or memory card can be inserted to play MP3 files etc. The power output is loud enough for parties and small halls, but for larger venues then the next model up, or a more expensive make, would provide a fuller sound as they have bigger woofer units in the speakers. For the money this is recommended as it is versatile enough for events, parties and karaoke. My only criticism is the connection on the slave speaker has small diameter speaker connection holes, and they should be larger to allow thicker speaker wire to be used.
