This Showtec Power 9 Q6 Tour is equipped with the latest six-in-one LED technology. It lets this RGBW-LED produce all possible colours and blast them out over dozens of metres. It can do so between temperatures of -10 to 40 degrees Celsius. This Power 9 Q6 is equipped with nine 6-in-1 12W LED lamps.
The Showtec Power Spot 9 Q6
Not for nothing this unit is called Power Spot! With a maximum light intensity of no less than 1,595 lux at two metres distance, this compact spotlight produces an impressive output. It easily switches between colours and even a strobe or blacklight function are available. Blacklight is made possible by the UV option of the 6-in-1 technology. When you combine UV with one or multiple colours, this creates a great deal of depth. Are you looking for a bit of added warmth in your colours? Use a bit of Amber!
The Armature
Showtec have provided this Power Spot with a robust moulded aluminium housing, which has also been powder-coated. This coating further increases the armature's durability and prevents scratches. The Power Spot 6 Q6 operates with six, seven or nine DMX channels and is provided with various modes: built-in programs, autorun, slave, sound, static colour and DMX. It is equipped with a DMX in and output. These are three and five-pin XLR connectors. Besides XLR connectors, this lamp is also provided with a PowerCon in and output. The beam angle of the Power Spot 9 Q6 is 25 degrees. It is cooled via the cooling fins (forced convection). The unit consumes no more than 122 watts of power.
