General

Most acoustic guitars will come pre-fitted with a set of regular .012 gauge steel strings, but if they feel a little too 'stiff' or tight beneath your fingers, this pack of GHS Thin Core Phosphor Bronze Light acoustic guitar strings offers the same gauge but a lighter tension and playing feel. Since the core is very slightly thinner, each string is more flexible so your fret-hand doesn't need to apply so much pressure. This also gives the natural sound of your instrument just enough definition, while the round phosphor bronze winding balances everything out with that familiar, rich and shimmering acoustic sound.
