The ColourTune W55: Sound and Comfort
The body of the W55 is shaped by deep, round curves and finished with a cutaway for snug playing comfort and smooth access to the highest of the 21 frets, so notes and chords can be grabbed with ease all the way up the fretboard. The sound of this acoustic guitar is just as good, since the resonant basswood soundboard, back and sides sparkle with overtones and complete a bright and rich natural tone.

De Fazley gitaren zijn over het algemeen prima van kwaliteit. Zijn ze even goed als een Martin of Guild gitaar, nee natuurlijk niet, maar die zijn dan ook vele malen duurder dan deze Fazley gitaren.
Zijn ze dan meteen slecht? Nee, absoluut niet. Je krijgt een redelijk goede gitaar voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Als je graag wil zeuren kun je natuurlijk iets vinden van de kleurtjes, misschien vind je dat de stemmechanieken beter kunnen of had je liever een solid-wood constructie. Allemaal prima, maar dat zal je dan niet op dit prijsniveau gaan vinden, dan zul je simpelweg in een ander budget terecht komen.
Wat krijg je dan wel? Een prima gitaar om lekker op te (leren) spelen, waar je je geen zorgen over hoeft te maken dat hij door iemand gestolen wordt als die de kans krijgt, of waar je een hartverzakking bij krijgt als iemand met een leren jas met ritsen je gitaar even uitprobeert.
Gewoon een prima bruikbare gitaar, waar je je niet echt druk om hoeft te maken. Gooi er desnoods een setje betere stemmechanieken op voor 3 tientjes, niet omdat de gitaar de investering waard zou zijn, maar puur omdat het je eigen speelplezier met deze gitaar vergroot.
