General

Mahogany is often used in the construction of guitars due to its firm sound that boasts a lot of definition and attack, without going overboard. What's more, mahogany is an attractive type of wood with unique wood grain pattern that's worth showing off. This Fender PM-3 Triple-O from the well-known brand's Paramount series is made completely out of solid mahogany. It's finished in open-pore style, which means the natural wood grain is enhanced as an eye-catching feature. Because it's a Triple-O guitar, it offers a sound that's fuller than a standard Dreadnought, but brighter than a Jumbo.

Three cheers for the PM-3 Triple-O

Because mahogany is not suitable as fretboard material, ovangkol was used to make the PM-3's fretboard with a modern 15.75-inch radius. This adds to the playability of the instrument as well as the warmth of the tone. When you want to transport or store the PM-3, Fender have been kind enough to include a luxurious custom hard case. So, if you're in the market for a guitar that's slightly different from the norm, then you'll love the Fender Paramount PM-3 Triple-O All Mahogany NE Natural!

Fender Paramount PM-3 Triple-0 All Mahogany Natural

Wrote the following about Fender Paramount PM-3 Triple-0 All Mahogany Natural
