The Pirastro Evah Pirazzi Soloist string set for cello is specially designed for soloists looking for an open, direct tone with tremendous expressive power. The A and D strings have a core of high-quality steel and are wound with chromium steel, while the G and C strings have a string core wound with tungsten, providing excellent projection and a deep low sound. This set offers excellent response time and is instantly playable, with high stability in tuning. Also suitable for electric or electrically amplified celli.
