The Pirastro Permanent Soloist Cello String Set is designed for professional cellists looking for a string set with a direct and brilliant sound. The A and D strings are made from a single filament of high-voltage steel wound with chromium steel, which ensures a bright tone. The G and C strings have a rope core, wound with tungsten, and deliver a powerful sound with a short decay.
