General
The Pirastro Original Flat string set is designed for soloists looking for a powerful and brilliant tone. The strings have a carbon steel core wound with chromium steel, which ensures high durability and excellent response. This is the ideal choice for players who want both a powerful sound and fast playability. The set is suitable for both orchestral and solo tuning, with a medium gauge for optimal performance. The short sustain and high volume make these strings perfect for powerful arcs and projection on stage.
