The Steinberg UR 22C recording pack worked fine as a unit but I've given this Steinberg UR 22C two stars for two specific reasons. Firstly, despite however many workarounds I tried I was not able to get the dspMixFx_UR-C to recognise that the unit was connected to my Mac. Secondly, despite raising a ticket about this problem with Steinberg Tech Support I didn't get any reply. Nor did I get any reply when I asked them to refresh the licence codes on advised them I was returning the unit to Bax Music. I'll now wait and see if Bax need to refresh the codes for which there will be a charge. As for the Bax Music return system that deserves a five stars for ease of use..
