KRK S10.4 Active Studio Subwoofer (Single Unit)

What a difference the sub has made. It works seamlessly with my Krk Rokit monitors and the sound is DEEP, controlled and powerful when needed. It also gives great depth at low volume, as well as when it is cranked.

I added a foot switch to be able to mute the subwoofer whilst keeping my monitors inline with the correct crossover set. Great for A/Bing your mix.

Ik had eerst de 12 inch gekocht maar deze ging te hard voor mijn studio. Ik heb wel geprobeerd het wat in te dammen met processing en filtering, maar je merkt dat het niet past.
Samen met het team van Bax besproken wat mijn wensen zijn en hoe die 12 inch nu bij mijn klinkt. Hun advies was naar een kleinere, de 10 inch te gaan.
Sinds een week gebruik in de 10 inch en die past beter in de ruimte. Er zit meer punch in en het het klinkt een stuk strakker nu.
Volume wat hij kan leveren is meer dan voldoende, zelfs bij hardcore zet ik hem niet boven 50%.
