This 18-inch Code Boomer clear tomvel was developed in collaboration with Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain - and was actually used live on his kit until his last show in 2024. Of course, that's saying something. So if you're a rock or metal drummer still looking for a fine floortom sheet, you should definitely give this one a shot. The single-ply sheet is made of very high-quality polyester film and has a thickness of 10 mm. In the middle is a chrome-plated 'donut dot', which again has an additional thickness of 7 mm. This helps with keeping the overtones and ring under control and making the sheet a bit more durable. The sheet delivers a bright and punchy sound and features Grip-Tight technology in the rim.
