General

The P5R by Led Lenser is like the P5 LED torch, with one notable difference: the R indicates that it's rechargeable. Very practical! The P5R is a very rugged, compact torch with a splashproof housing and a matte coating for improved grip. The light comes from behind a re-calibrated lens, and is emitted by a super bright Cree LED module with a red-transparent perforated ring around it. At 77 grams, this is a very light torch, which means it is ideal for numerous occasions, like laying cables in dark corners.

Rechargeable Power Source

The rechargeable power source of the Led Lenser P5R is a lithium-ion battery, that can harness enough energy to let the LED shine for three to fifteen hours (depending on whether you use the high or the low power setting). Moreover, this torch produces a hefty 420 Lumens for a range of 240 metres. Additionally, you can quickly and easily adjust the beam from wide to narrow with a single movement of your finger, thanks to the speed focus system. The battery can easily be charged with the included adapter, charger cable and charger. Simply place the torch in the charger, connect it to the adapter and connect the charging cable to a USB port.
