The Traveler Guitar EG-2 Standard is designed for guitarists who don’t want to compromise when they’re on the move. Thanks to its extremely compact design (just 29.5 inches in total length), you can take it with you effortlessly, whilst the full 25.5-inch scale length feels just as familiar under your fingers. The headless construction and Traveler’s In-Body Tuning System keep everything tight and stable, with the added bonus of fewer protruding parts and therefore a much smaller footprint. Finished in Gloss Black with a tortoise pickguard and chrome hardware, it also looks sleek and classic.

Compact yet full-fledged

Despite its travel size, the EG-2 Standard feels like a serious solid-body guitar. The alder body provides a balanced foundation, whilst the bolt-on maple neck and black walnut fingerboard play smoothly across 21 jumbo frets. The double-cutaway shape gives you easy access to higher positions, ideal for lead work, but also comfortable for rhythm parts. Weighing around 2.32 kg, it’s light enough to take with you anywhere, without feeling like ‘just a little one to have on the side’.

Classic single-coil tones

When it comes to sound, you’re in good hands with two full-size passive Alnico single-coils. From sparkling cleans to a solid, punchy midrange: the 3-way pickup selector lets you switch between tones in a flash. The controls remain nice and simple with Volume and Tone, so you can access your sound straight away whether you’re practising, performing or travelling. A handy detail: the guitar comes with D’Addario EXL110 strings and a deluxe gig bag, so you’re ready to go straight away.
