The LV-RAL-3B is a maple recorder by Levante that offers a full, soft sound. The wood was slowly dried in the open German air to rid it completely of sap so you can enjoy a reliable, consistent instrument. This recorder is in the key of F and features a baroque fingering system, which means that the sixth and seventh holes are doubled.
A natural satin gloss protects the surface of the recorder, and it also comes with a protective sleeve to make it easy to store and transport. A swab is also included so you can keep your new instrument nice and clean. Alto recorders are the most common models for solo players. They’re longer than soprano recorders, and as such not only have lower intonation but the holes are also spread further apart.
