General

The Vincent Bach TB504 is made for serious brass players. This bass trombone has a Bb/F/Gb/D tuning and a yellow brass bell, resulting in warmer and fuller sound when compared to standard brass. The nickel-silver inner and outer slides inject clarity into the sound, while the 254mm-diameter bell is big enough to support forceful projection. This quality trombone comes complete with an original Vincent Bach 1.5 G mouthpiece, an extra Eb/G slide, slide grease, and a soft case.

The Vincent Bach TB504 Bass Trombone

The relatively large, 14.3mm bore size, which is normal for a bass trombone, makes the TB504 a bit heavier to play than a regular tenor trombone. The response is nevertheless excellent, especially since the quarter valve and fifth valve have a flexible playing feel. Featuring a closed-wrap design including an adjustable grip, this Vincent Bach bass trombone is also quite compact and extra ergonomic.
