This fabulous DJ set - consisting of two Pioneer PLX-1000 direct-drive turntables, the Native Instruments Traktor Scratch A6 timecode package and a pair of Novation Dicer controllers - combines the old school with the new school. As such, it's great for modern-day DJs who still want to uphold the old tradition of spinning vinyl. After all, in spite of the great technology offered by modern media players, nothing beats the feel of a real old-school record. The Pioneer PLX-1000 is a first-rate turntable that holds its own under even the most demanding circumstances. The Dicers, which can be placed on the turntables, work seamlessly with the Traktor Scratch package.
Pioneer PLX-1000: nothing beats the real thing
The main component of this set is the PLX-1000. When Pioneer finally yielded to the demand from the DJ community for a real Pioneer turntable, they came up with this excellent device. Modelled after the legendary SL-1200, the PLX-1000 is an exceptionally rugged, streamlined machine, free of all unnecessary outputs, functions and interfaces. A single gold-plated stereo RCA output provides the lifeline to your studio gear or live setup, and the turntable is equipped with a powerful 3-phase motor that gets your platter up to speed in a mere 0.3 seconds. Thanks to an S-shaped tone arm the stylus remains neatly in the groove and howling is reduced to a minimum. The damping construction of the PLX-1000 increases the overall stability.
Native Instruments Traktor Scratch A6
The Traktor Scratch A6 package that is part of this set serves to make your PLX-1000s useful within the digital domain as well. The package is composed of the NI Traktor Audio 6 interface, Traktor Scratch Pro 2.5 software and timecode vinyl. The interface features 6 inputs and outputs and is equipped with high-grade Cirrus Logic converters for a pristine audio quality. Creating loops and cues and applying on-the-fly effects is child's play when you're using the Traktor Scratch A6 package. Simply load your digital music library into Traktor Scratch Pro and you're able to scratch away with the PLX-1000s as if each MP3 file was an original vinyl pressing.
Novation Dicer
Would you love to scratch and use cues with your PLX-1000s, but are you not so keen on reverting to your laptop or MIDI controller all the time? No worries: the Novation Dicer is there to help you out. The compact controller with its striking dice-like buttons can be placed on the 45-adapter hole of your turntable and connected to Traktor Scratch Pro 2, so you're able to use your DJ software without taking your hands off your PLX-1000s. Experience the ultimate mixing workflow with this comprehensive set of Pioneer turntables, Traktor interface and software, and Novation Dicers.

Terug werken met muziek in plaats van knopjes drukken, kleine correcties, het gevoel van de plaat, volledig in "the groove" zitten... Onbeschrijfelijk nostalgisch...
De PLX1000 heeft een een zeer goede demping en een massief gewicht, wat het toestel zeer stabiel maakt en ervoor zorgt dat zware trillingen geen invloed hebben. Het hoge koppel, de directe respons en de accurate pitch slider zorgen ervoor dat "pitch riding" en "beatmatching" opnieuw een plezier worden. Dit toestel geeft vinyl draaien een unieke ervaring in tegenstelling tot andere dj draaitafels. Rauw, direct en verslavend goed!
Ik ben zeer tevreden met mijn keuze, alsook met de service en de manier waarop Bax-shop delicate leveringen persoonlijk aan huis brengt!

Le socle du bras est dessoudé sur les deux pièces, problème avec le contre poids, sur les 3 platines,
Le moteur est un startaire, marge d'erreur au calage dépasse l'entendement après 18 mois.
Pioneer France fait la sourde oreille !
Rajoutez et aller du côte de Technics ! elles sont pas revendables, beaucoup de pièce sur l'occasion, cela veut bien dire qu'il y a un sérieux problème avec !
