Ortega OWUS-1 Wooden Ukulele Stand (Dark Brown)

This is generally a good product and if the stand had been square (not wobbly/warped) and the overall finish and quality higher, I would have given 4 stars rather than the 2 given. However, it is poorly made. It comes flat packed, simple enough to assemble (4 screws). Unfortunately, my stand was chipped (damaged) on one of the wooden feet, I had to glue the chip back in place. The stand was also scuffed, fortunately I had some wood die that matched and was able to touch up all these areas. The whole point of purchasing a wooden stand is so that your instrument and stand look aesthetically pleasing when on display! As my stand was wobbly, I had to add varying size rubber feet to get round this problem. Looks and works fine now. Important note: I purchased for my Soprano Ukulele, it only just fits! It is literally right on the edge, if the ukulele had been 2 cm smaller in width, it would have fallen through. For a concert ukulele etc the stand should be fine, but anything the size of a Soprano or smaller it may be too small to fit. I would have been very disappointed with my purchase if I had paid the full price advertised rather than the discounted price I actually paid.
