Aquila's CAQ 31U is a set of strings for concert ukulele, but in CGDA tuning or tuning in fifths like a mandolin. These synthetic strings have the same excellent sound characteristics as gut strings without the disadvantages of this natural material. For instance, New Nylgut strings are not very sensitive to changes in humidity due to their higher density.
