General

The 20SM is the soprano ukulele in Cordoba's 20-series, so with a small sound box but with a solid top, made of mahogany like the rest of the body. Bridge and fingerboard are of the slightly darker Pau Ferro, which gives a nice contrast. The soundhole was finished with a beautiful herringbone pattern, inlaid with ebony and maple. The tuners are Cordoba Nickel tuners, with mother-of-pearl buttons.

Small body, big sound

The solid top construction gives this ukulele a full, warm sound. The mahogany top and body provide a boost in sustain and allow all tones to resonate, resulting in a nice balance. In terms of playing comfort too, the 20SM will not disappoint anyone, whether you have a lot or little experience. Aquila's fitted strings play pleasantly, sound well and stay in tune just fine.
