Fazley KSTP Ukulele Strap
Don't waste your money on this product it's an absolute piece of sh*t! You get what you pay for! If you let go of the ukulele it will drop or fall to the floor, which clearly defeats the object of wearing a strap, and I'm not sure that the plastic hook wouldn't damage the instrument with regular use. I bought one with a Fender ukulele because it was recommended as part of a set on the Bax-shop website, but obviously whoever put these two items together is some kind of idiot who doesn't know what they're talking about or just didn't bother to check it out. I was pissed off they sent me this scrappy little piece of rubbish, but in my haste I didn't bother to check it out either! The ukulele purchased from them was the best price I could find, that's about the best thing I can say about this online seller as I paid extra for shipping for the instrument to be delivered to my home but it was two days late and I had to collect from local post office. The customer service agent, Alexander took a few days to reply to my email complaint and said "I have requested a refund of the shipping costs." which, is not really a commitment to refund and four days later I still haven't received the money into my account. They are really slow to respond to emails. I would say that I'm sure they're nice people but their customer service needs to improve. A lot! I'm willing to bet that this review doesn't make it onto the webpage?

Fazley T-30 Clip-On Tuner
only expected it to work i have had these type of tuners before..but i found it alot better than i thought it would be,its very clear to see whats happening, and when its correct it turns from a blue back ground to a green one and will waver to blue unless its bang on,,also its not as light as others of this type,so i feel its well made...these things are a must for learners (ill joke it took me 10 years to learn to tune up in the 70"s,we would of payed alot of money for these then ;-)

Fazley K21-W Soprano Ukulele (Natural)
Would be great for kids. Not 100% sure if I received the same item I paid for, as it came with black tuners rather than the white in the pics and was a lighter wood with a tiny around the middle. Didnt tune very well but all in all, its cheap and good for a beginner.
