General

This Flight 4SB baritone ukulele was designed in collaboration with Sammy Turton, better known as Stringboy. This is a particularly stylish instrument with many design details that take the sound and playing ease to the next level. For instance, a solid spruce top was chosen with a side and back of solid rosewood. This combination of tonewoods is often used on acoustic instruments because of its warm basses and clean trebles. The Flight 4SB Sammy Turtor Signature Baritone Ukulele comes complete with a deluxe gig bag.

4SB Sammy Turton Signature: fine details

What immediately catches the eye with the Flight 4SB are the cutaway and rosette. These are in fact made of spalted maple. This allows easy access to all 19 frets on the rosewood fingerboard and also contributes to a nice colour contrast with the black finish of the top. Both the 38-millimetre wide nut and the compensated bridge saddle are made of real bone. This benefits tuning stability and intonation, among other things. The Flight 4SB is strung with a set of Flight Baritone strings, so you can enjoy this leading baritone right away.
