When you look at the G9112, the first thing that catches your eye is the resonator cone. This 6-inch Biscuit is responsible for the typical sound of this particular model. Conventional ukuleles have a considerably mild sound, but this G9112 resonator uke enables you to produce a more clear, present sound. The 16 frets and the supple Aquila Nylgut Concerto strings allow for easy playing, while the solid Grover 4B Sta-Tite tuners keeps the instrument neatly tuned. Mijn vriendin besloot plots dat ze misschien wel ukulele wil de gaan spelen, en dan is het natuurlijk makkelijk ;)
Dus deze Gretch gekocht, een dure ukulele, een goedkope resonator. We zijn er allebei tevrden over.
Het klinkt lekker luid maar toch zuiver (Gretch) en de afwerking is waanzinnig mooi, ingelegd paarlemoer overal en het hout is strak overal.
De gig-bag Izakje) is behoorlijk stevig wat opvalt gezien de erg kleine afmetingen van het instrument.
Ja voor een ukulele is het veel geld, maar ook hier geld (haha) alle waar naar ....
Aanrader, de resonator klinkt niet achterljk schel, zit tussen een gitaar en een banjo in - prima te doen.
