The Gretsch G9126 A.C.E. Guitar-Ukulele combines tenor ukulele-style dimensions with six strings that, while tuned a bit higher, have the same intervals as the standard guitar tuning. What that means is that you can grab the same chords as when you play your guitar, making this guitalele an excellent travelling buddy for roaming musicians who don't want to lug a full-size six-string around and also don't want to get used to a different tuning.

The mahogany body has been topped with a slice of solid, quartersawn mahogany so you're assured of full-bodied sound framed by warm basses and trebles. Meanwhile, the cutaway grants smooth access to all nineteen frets, and the fitted Fishman Kula Pickup system gives you the option to hook up an acoustic amplifier and perform in front of an audience. Just like a classical guitar, the nylon strings are attached to a slotted headstock, which has been finished with Grover Sta-Tite machine heads to guarantee dependable tuning stability.
