General
The Islander MAC-4 owes its unique look to a natural process called spalting. Here, the spalted maple used for the soundboard, back and sides not only looks awesome, but shapes full-and-clear sound. Boasting its Hawaiian maker's renowned playability and build quality, this concert ukulele comes equipped with Aquila strings and has been coated in satin-gloss lacquer.
