General

A really tough soprano ukulele usually isn't, but this Johnson JR-980-AB is the exception that proves the rule. With an all-copper body in an Antique Brass finish, a single cone and graceful f-holes, this ukulele not only looks powerful, the sound is completely in tune. With sharp treble, a strongly projected midrange and plenty of resonance, this instrument combines the bright sound of a soprano ukulele with the bluesy sound of a resonator guitar. Ideal for blues guitarists looking to expand their collection but also for ukulele players looking to add a fresh, new sound to their repertoire.
