General
The Kala Striped Ebony Concert ukulele combines a stylish look with a full, balanced sound. The body is made entirely of ebony (striped ebony), a type of wood that not only looks beautiful with its natural dark brown grain, but also provides a rich, warm tone with clarity in the high frequencies. The result is a ukulele that impresses both visually and sonically. The concert size offers an ideal balance between comfort and sound volume: slightly larger than a soprano, with more projection and a pleasant playing space on the neck. The satin finish shows off the natural wood texture well and feels pleasant while playing, you will also see little or no smudges or fingerprints on it. The mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard contribute to a smooth playing experience, while the Graph Tech NuBone nut and bridge saddle ensure clear tone and reliable intonation.
