Features of the Samson G-Track Pro Black
This mic has excellent tonal features to ensure that speech, vocals and instruments are captured in accurate detail. A handy feature of the G-Track is its built-in A/D converter (96 kHz, 24 bit). This mic sends digital information via the included USB cable, which means you can connect it directly to your computer or laptop and record with your DAW without the need for an audio interface in between. The G-Track also makes mic stands obsolete, as it can be placed on your desk as is!
For your instrument
For miking an instrument, all you need to do is connect it to the instrument input on the G-Track Pro. There's a control to adjust the balance between vocals and instrument on the housing of the mic itself as well as a mute button, which is something gamers and podcasters are sure to appreciate.

Vorige week in ontvangst kunnen nemen en direct gebruik van gemaakt. Ten eerste viel me de zwaarte
en de kwaliteit op die me zeer verrasten. Daarnaast zijn de mogelijkheden legio zoals de stereo/mono knop, de mogelijkheid tot omni opnames, de mute knop, de aansluiting voor de koptelefoon zodat er geen 'latency' te bespeuren valt bij het opnemen. De eerste opnames van de akoestische gitaar en stem zijn kraakhelder en erg precies. De scherpte en gevoeligheid zijn zeer te waarderen. Het is een begin en ik verwacht dat de opvolgende opnamen nog beter zullen zijn en dat die in de mastering zijn vruchten zullen afwerpen. Al met al ben ik een zeer tevreden gebruiker.

Over het algemeen is dit een prima microfoon maar na 2 jaar gebruik is de cardioid stand kapot gegaan en ben ik nauwelijks verstaanbaar; erg spijtig. De Fig 8 en Omni stand doen het (voor nu nog) goed.

Als universitair docent gebruik ik de microfoon bij hybride colleges. Als ik de microfoon op OMNI zet, zijn zowel de student die de vraag stelt en ik heel goed te verstaan voor het thuispubliek. Als ik de studenten aan het werk zet en de microfoon op CARDIOID dan kan het thuispubliek me nog goed horen terwijl het geluid van de overleggende studenten er niet storend doorheen komt. Wat een enorm gave microfoon ik ben er zo ontzettend blij mee. Daarnaast....... ziet hij er ook nog eens heel stoer uit!

Kort maar krachtige review. kwaliteitsvolle microfoon met stevige staander, een degelijk gewicht zodat die niet makkelijk om te stoten is. De USB microfoon is heel makkelijk te gebruiken (Plug & Play). Je hebt controle over alles zowel van audio tot spraak methodes. Voelt zeer professioneel aan. Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit! Ik heb zeker geen spijt van de aankoop!

Bon produit seulement le réglage de niveau du micro n'est pas au point. en fait, c'est tout ou rien, il n'y a pas vraiment d'intermédiaire. Puis pas de réglage grave/aigu. Le son de sortie est plutôt avec un petit manque dans les aigus.

Je viens de le recevoir donc pas encore un vrai recul. Cela dit, mes premiers tests sont ultra concluants et le changement est flagrant ( avec un Rode Nt USB qui sincèrement, est loin de remplir les conditions quon lui loue) : que ce soit pour du podcast, en formation ou en coaching via Zoom, cest le bonheur retrouvé ! Zeer fijne microfoon van goede kwaliteit.
Zelf vind ik het erg prettig dat er een monitoring functie op zit, altijd prettig om jezelf te kunnen horen.
Wat mij verbaasde was dat er geen montage stukje bij zat om de microfoon aan een statief vast te maken, volgens de unboxing (die ook op deze site staat) zit deze er wel bij. Contact opgenomen met bax --> onderdeel is niet los te leveren --> nogmaals bestellen en andere retour. Hier zat het onderdeeltje ook niet in, vreemd. Heb mezelf er maar bij neergelegd.

Heel goede en veelzijdige microfoon, goed geluid makkelijk in gebruik, top product.
Nadeel alleen is, in de specificatie staat "ook te monteren op een regulier microfoonstatief"
en dat kan dus helaas niet, maar voor de rest erg tevreden.
