General

The Procab Prime Series is the cream of the crop in the world of cabling. This PRX676 Prime cable reel comes with 90 metres worth of CAT6a cable fitted with special True Outdoor Protection Neutrik etherCON plugs for high performance under all circumstances. This means that the metal EtherCON housing of the RJ45 connectors are dual-sealed for a watertight fit when coupled with a TOP chassis connector, while flawless data transfer is ensured by the CAT6a standard supporting 10GBase-T networks.

The PRX676: Construction

The Procab PCT60SF cable is made up of eight cores split up in 4 twisted pairs. Each pair is shielded by aluminium foil before being wrapped in woven tin-plated copper to render the cable insensitive to noise and interference. For the sheathing, flexible and UV-resistant polyurethane is used for the outer layer, while the inner layer is made of supple PVC. This cable meets IEC603322 requirements, which means it's self-extinguishing when exposed to a small flame.
