The ultimate add-on for your Ninja V or Ninja V+, the Atomos Connect interface is able to stream directly to all the most well-known social media platforms, and can do it all via the wireless AirGlu communication protocol. This feature alone makes it possible to link with other equipment over long distances via Frame.io Camera to Camera (C2C) cloud services and collaborate with other content creators that are also working with HDMI or SDI equipped cameras. This interface comes with an array of built-in features, including Wi-Fi 6, Gigabit Ethernet and the option to couple up with mobile hotspots to support an easy connection with your audience.

Closing the Gap Between Production & Post-Production

The inclusion of Frame.io C2C also helps close the gap between the production and post-production process by making it easier for teams to work together remotely. The dual recording function of the Atomos Connect means that, depending on the type of Ninja recorder you're using, files with matching timecode and meta data can be saved in Apple ProRes, Avid DNxHR/HD (or ProRes RAW with the Ninja V+) and proxy HEVC (H.265) formats. Proxy files can even be uploaded while capturing thanks to the progressive transfer technology on board, making the proxy file immediately available in the cloud as soon as recording has stopped.
