With the Blackmagic Design ATEM Microphone Converter, you can quickly add extra microphones or external mixer sources to your ATEM Television Studio. You connect the converter directly to the MADI port, making complicated set-ups a thing of the past. Each converter features four analogue inputs (combo XLR/TRS) that can be switched between mic and line levels and support +48V phantom power. Thanks to eight separate ADCs per input and a high-quality 32-bit digital preamp, you’ll enjoy astonishing sound quality, an exceptionally low noise floor and a dynamic range of no less than 131 dB. The HDMI monitor output provides real-time waveform display for accurate audio monitoring. Multiple converters can be easily daisy-chained for larger setups, whilst software control from a Mac or Windows computer via USB or Ethernet is effortless.
