General

With the DeckLink 8K Pro, Blackmagic Design unleash the ultimate capture card for professionals. This next-gen card provides four bi-directional 12G-SDI ports and works with SD in resolutions up to DCI 8K in a maximum of 60 frames-per-second. 8 and 10-bit YUV is supported, as well as 8, 10, and 12-bit RGB colour. The fitted ports support 16 connected audio channels each, for a possible total of 64 channels, all of this confirming the DeckLink 8K Pro as the perfect partner for high-resolution, high frame-speed, and high-dynamic range next-generation workflows.

Flexible File Formats

With the DeckLink 8K Pro, you can work comfortably with both compressed video files like ProRes and DNxHD, as well as uncompressed file formats in 12-bit 4:4:4. Uncompressed videos are transferred pixel by pixel to retain the integrity of the source material without a hint of quality loss, meaning much sharper 'keying' when working with green screens, superior colour correction, and more.
