Wrote the following about TC Helicon Perform-VK

Helemaal met John eens, deze vocalizer is niet zo sterk. Hij heeft toch wel moeite om de goede toonhoogte te vinden. Wat mij wel opviel is dat hij beter reageert op mijn gitaar dan via midi, dit had ik absoluut niet verwacht. Daarnaast is het schakelen van midikanaal een uitdaging op mijn Yamaha CVP701B, vooral als de begeleiding gebruikt wordt. Hij pakt eerder de drumkanaal dan de begeleidingkanaal A. Lastig maar werkbaar. Ook viel mij op dat hij beter reageert op mijn dochters stem (hoog) dan op mijn stem (laag). Hij lijkt dan ook beter bruikbaar voor een vrouw dan een man. Maar goed, de prijs is er dan ook naar.

Wrote the following about TC Helicon Perform-VK

Had op mijn Tyros een goede vocalizer. Op mijn nieuwe keyboard zit die niet. Dat mis je toch. Deze is aardig, maar is niet zo goed als die van de Tyros.

Het gekke is dat ik van hetzelfde merk ook de Harmony singer heb en ik die beter vind. Maar die is speciaal voor gitaar en via het keyboard doet hij het ook wel, maar heeft af en toe moeite om de goede toon te detecteren. Er zijn duurdere apparaten die mogelijk beter werken, maar die kosten ook meteen het driedubbele of meer.
