Considered one of the very best wah pedals on Earth, the Real McCoy RMC1 delivers that enormously wide, musical sweep that's so loved by so many guitarists. What's impressive about the sound of this pedal is the artful balance of rich mids, powerful basses and big and solid, organic output. In fact, the darker character of this wah-box is definitely a great partner for models mounted with low-output single-coils. A two-way switch mounted beneath the footplate toggles the sweep-speed and bass resonance, so that (among other things) you can compensate for a dull-sounding humbucker response, resulting in more transparent tone, and you can even tweak the sweep and low-end resonance in more detail via the internal trim pot.
