What makes the Vandoren LC290P V-16 ligature for baritone saxophone so special is the material it is made of: ebonite. This hard rubber is enormously durable and offers the most optimal protection to the mouthpiece and reed. Thanks to the double screw mechanism, attaching the ligature is a piece of cake, and it can also be perfectly positioned around the reed. This will optimally vibrate the reed, resulting in a tighter sound.
