Ik heb de V-moda Crossfade 2 gekocht als vervanger van de Crossfade 1, die na 5 jaar gewoon op was. Er zit een kleine ruis in als je hem op bluetooth-stand hebt staan, maar dat is voor mij niet storend. Hij levert een prachtig geluid met een mooie volle bass en heldere mid-range. De top/high end is minder gedefinieerd dan de mid en bass, maar nog steeds erg mooi. Hij is ook erg sterk en sturdy waardoor je hem ook zo in je tas kan doen zonder dat er al te veel ermee gebeurt.

Heb deze 2 en een half jaar gekocht maar na een ander half jaar kreeg ik problemen met de bluetooth functie en geruis. In bluetooth mode stopte de klank van de rechter kant en kwam er alleen geluid vanuit de linker speaker. Dus heb ik ze terug naar bax gestuurd voor garantie. Communicatie was slecht en veel was onduidelijk wat er precies gedaan zal worden. Na het schrijven van een mail naar de klantenservice werd mij belooft dat als mijn koptelefoons na 4-5 weken niet gerepareerd zijn, dat er gekeken zal worden hoe ik mijn garantie alsnog kan krijgen. Na 5 weken niks terug gehoord dus scheef ik maar een mail waarop mij verteld werd dat er contact met v-moda opgenomen zal worden om te kijken hoe de reparatie ervoor staat. Sindsdien heb ik niks meer van de klantenservice gehoord en zit ik al 2 maanden zonder koptelefoons. Dit is heel jammer omdat de koptelefoons zijn gewoon heel goed, alleen jammer dat ze na 2 jaar niet meer goed werken.
