Wrote the following about Neutrik NC3MXX-HE cable connector 3p male

Stevige stekker die makkelijk is te solderen. Ik had eerst een jack plug aan het snoer en moest naar XLR. Dus eerst een korte overgangs stekker gekocht op Internet, maar die gaf slechte verbinding want bleek in elkaar gezet te zijn met de zwarte verf nog op de kontaktvlakken!! Daarom toch maar voor zeker gegaan met deze losse stekker. Later hoorde ik dat XLR-Jack overgangstekkers te lang zijn waardoor de stekkercontacten in de apparatuur verbuigt als gevolg van de altijd aanwezige trekkrachten op de kabels..
