General
The Visaton FR 16 WP CL is a 16 cm (6.5 inch) fullrange surface-mount 100V loudspeaker, designed for long-term use in harsh conditions. Thanks to the all-plastic enclosure, plastic basket and a plastic grille, the speaker is absolutely corrosion-resistant and completely waterproof. The magnets are encapsulated and the wiring is silicone-coated, making it suitable for areas with saline or chlorine fumes, such as indoor swimming pools. It delivers a solid sound pressure of 86 dB SPL, with a frequency range of 60 to 15,000 Hz, and different power modes (6, 3 or 1.5 W) via the 100V transformer. With an IP65 rating and an operating range of -40 to 80°C, this speaker offers reliable performance even in the most challenging conditions.
