The ideal mid and mid-low woofer, the Eminence Alpha 15A delivers a 46 to 3,500Hz frequency range, and since it also covers the bass, alongside a high driver this speaker could also form part of a full-range two-way system.

This 15 inch woofer is able to push 200 Watts of continuous power and boasts a 97 decibel sensitivity level, resulting in highly efficient low and mid frequency reproduction.

Wrote the following about Eminence Alpha 15A 15-inch Speaker

Ik had deze speaker besteld ter vervanging voor een bascabinet dat ik gekocht had (van iemand die hem gebruikte voor keys) waar ook Emince Alpha's in zaten. Het probleem was dat bij de lage noten de luidsprekers te veel gingen ronken, waardoor ik dus dacht dat die kapot waren. Met de nieuwe had ik exact het zelfde probleem. Ik gebruik dit cabinet nu voor gitaar (daarvoor wel heel mooi diep, maar toch gedefinïeerd en mooie mids), maar voor basgitaar blijken ze dus niet geschikt te zijn.
