The Visaton FR 8 WP - 8 Ohm (black) is a compact fullrange speaker made for situations where moisture and varying temperatures are no exception. Thanks to its saltwater-resistant construction, made entirely of plastic and with an enclosed magnet, this speaker effortlessly defies outdoors, humid areas or even maritime applications. The IP65 rating ensures reliable protection against water, while the UV- and weather-resistant plastic basket also withstands extreme conditions. With an output of 15 watts rms and a sensitivity of 84 dB, this 8 cm speaker not only offers clear speech and music reproduction, but is ball-resistant and functional down to -40 °C according to German standards. Ideal for outdoor PA systems, boats or places where corrosion lurks.
