The Visaton FRS 10 WP – 8 Ohm (white) is a compact 10 cm (4-inch) full-range loudspeaker specially designed for long-term use in outdoor environments. Thanks to its glass-fibre cone, plastic basket and grille, this speaker is resistant to salt water and extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 120°C. With a frequency range of 90 to 19,000 Hz and a sound pressure level of 90 dB, it is particularly suitable for swimming pools, saunas, boats and open-top vehicles, as well as for weatherproof PA systems. The plastic meets the highest standards and is impact-resistant, meaning this loudspeaker even meets the requirements of Germanischer Lloyd. The IP65 protection on the front (when fitted in an enclosed housing) also makes it ideal for nautical and industrial applications where reliability is paramount.
