General

The Visaton K 40 – 8 Ohm is an extremely compact miniature loudspeaker with a diameter of just 4 cm. Thanks to its light weight and Mylar plastic diaphragm, this loudspeaker is ideal for use where space is limited, such as in industrial machinery or various electronic applications. With an impedance of 8 Ohm, a frequency range of 350 to 6000 Hz and a sound pressure level of 83 dB at 1 watt at 1 metre, it is ideally suited for clear and intelligible voice and signal output. The IP67 protection on the front makes it resistant to dust and water when housed in a suitable enclosure, enabling use in a wide range of conditions – from the factory floor to outdoor locations.
