General

The Visaton R 10 SC Spezial - 8 Ohm is a compact, magnetically shielded fullrange speaker with a diameter of 10 cm (4 inches). Thanks to its water-repellent cone and rubber seal, this speaker is ideally suited for mounting in any environment where reliability counts, such as monitoring in electronic equipment, information panels or ceiling applications in buses and trains. With an efficient design, the speaker delivers a balanced frequency response from 100 to 13,000 Hz and has a sound pressure of 90 dB at 1 watt/1 metre. This model meets more stringent temperature resistance and humidity requirements, and also features practical connections (6.3 x 0.8 mm +, 4.8 x 0.8 mm -) and IP64 protection for the front when mounted correctly.
