General
IGS Audio's iQ505 is the all-rounder among analogue equalisers. Despite this, it occupies only a single slot in your 500-series cabinet. This crisp equaliser allows you to tinker with your signal with surgical precision. It has 5 bands and an unprecedented range: it can tackle frequencies from as low as 10 Hz to as high as 24 kHz. The highest and second-lowest bands can be used with both a 'bell' and 'shelf' curve. This allows you to use these to adjust your signal more 'globally'. For example, to make it sound brighter or just warmer and fuller. In addition to a volume and frequency knob, each band has a knob to adjust the Q-factor.
