Visaton WS 17 E - 4 Ohm 6-inch speaker

General

The Visaton WS 17 E - 4 Ohm is a 6.5-inch hi-fi woofer with a coated paper cone, an elastic rubber surround and an inverted dust cover. Thanks to its balanced frequency range from 45 Hz to 7000 Hz, this woofer lends itself perfectly as a low-mid driver in 4-way speakers or as a replacement driver in many common HiFi boxes, partly due to its special basket design. With a rated power of 60 watts (maximum 90 watts) and a sensitivity of 88 dB, the WS 17 E delivers tight and musical sound. Its 4 ohm impedance and hefty excursion (+/- 6.5 mm) provide extra flexibility for various applications, while its relatively light weight of just under a kilo makes installation easy. With its practical size and connections, the woofer fits seamlessly into a variety of hi-fi projects.
