The Roland FR-1XB BK is a black, digital button-type accordion with 62 treble buttons and 72 bass buttons. It is the most compact and lightweight model from Roland's popular V-Accordions range. Additionally, the FR-1XB can be powered by batteries and is fitted with a high-quality built-in speaker system, which means you can use the digital instrument wherever you like.In comparison to its predecessor, the Roland FR-1, the FR-1XB is equipped with a number of new features, including USB functionality, high-grade sounds and advanced bellows-pressure circuitry, which enables you to play even more expressively and precise.

The sound of the FR-1XB BK

The Roland FR-1XB features ten famous accordion models, which allow you to play nearly any music style, from Shanti songs to Jazz and from French musette to German folk music. There is also a range of orchestra sounds, virtual tone wheel organs with realistic rotary effects, drums and percussion sounds to choose from.

The technology

The Roland FR-1XB is so small that you can even take it along as hand luggage on regular flights - you'll be able to fit in into nearly any baggage compartment without any effort. Its moderate weight of 6.4 kilos won't pose any problems either. As the FR-1X can be powered by batteries and is fitted with built-in speakers, it is ideal for mobile applications. The built-in speaker system provides an excellent sound, but it is also possible to play with earphones or headphones, for instance when you are practising late at night. All these great functions make the Roland FR-1XB perfect for nearly any accordion player, young or old, beginner or seasoned professional.

Wrote the following about Roland FR-1XB BK V-Accordion button-type black

Voor de prijs die je betaald voor dit product krijg je een instrument waar je de volgende voordelen uit haalt:

1) De prijs is laag voor het type instrument (prijzen van accordeons kunnen zeer hoog zijn)
2) Je vind veel video's op youtube van mensen die uitleg geven en hetzelfde merk/type hebben.
3) Je kunt voor een relatief laag bedrag eerst leren spelen (bassen, akkoorden, diskantzijde) voordat je een echte dure koopt.
4) Roland is een merk dat je veel tegenkomt bij festivals dus dat geeft wel het gevoel dat je geen prutsmerk aanschaft.
5) Je kunt ook een ander geluid kiezen zoals piano, viool, trompet.
6) Je kunt de button settings veranderen zodat je niet per sé meerdere accordeons moet aanschaffen
7) Hij is redelijk licht
8) Ik vind dit een super instrument als je wilt leren spelen op een accordeon EN hij blijft leuk voor lange tijd.
9) het instrument heeft meer mogelijkheden dan de meeste mensen gebruiken

Het enige nadeel wat ik kan verzinnen is dat je
- stroom via netspanning nodig hebt
- stroom via batterijen nodig hebt
