General

LTD's TL series consists of thinline electric acoustic basses and guitars: versatile instruments with the playing ease of an electric but the sound of an acoustic guitar. This TL-5 is a five-string bass, with built-in preamp and pickup. This makes it very easy to play amplified as well. Thanks to its slim neck and thin thinline soundbox, it plays as easily as an electric bass, but also gives you a rich acoustic sound. Despite its favourable price, it is equipped with quality parts such as Grover tuners a Graphtech nut and Fishman electronics with built-in tuner.
