The Marshall AS50D is designed to be able to create a comfortable, intimate atmosphere. Its 8-inch speakers produce a delightful punch that is great for smaller rooms such as in a pub or cafe. Two speakers means that the AS50D sounds a bit fuller and tighter than amplifier combos with a single speaker. The amplifier features a two-band equalizer per channel.

Practical connectors of the AS50D

In addition to a guitar and a microphone, you can also hook up a CD player to the AS50D via the practical aux input. The second input can handle signals from other devices, such as keyboards and drum computers, for instance. Moreover, the D.I. out XLR is perfect for playing over a PA system, but you can also choose to do so via the line-out jack connector. Last but not least, there's an FX loop with send/return jacks for your own effects.
