D'Addario's EJ34 Folk Nylon is a set of high-quality nylon strings for your acoustic guitar. This string set consists of 'black trebles' and '80/20 bronze basses'. In other words: the unwound strings are made of black nylon and the bass strings have a bronze winding. This makes the set sound brighter than traditional nylon strings for classical guitars, which is why the EJ43 is also fit for steel-string acoustic guitars, especially the smaller folk types.

The strings in this set are equipped with so-called ball-ends. These small rings at the end of the string make these nylon strings fit for acoustic guitars that use 'bridge pins'.
