The set of HA-11 Hi-Beam from DR Strings contains strings for an acoustic western guitar with thickness .011 to .050. Those who like extra brightness in the sound will certainly find these bronze or brass strings enjoyable. Especially for bluegrass, these are ideal strings, even a guitar that sounds a bit duller can be brightened up with them. The core of the string is hexagonal which ensures good contact with the winding wire all around.
